Introduction

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy and describes how LabNow collects, uses, shares, and protects consumer health data in compliance with state consumer health data privacy laws, including the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada Senate Bill 370, and similar laws in other states. This policy applies to consumer health data that is not otherwise protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). What is Consumer Health Data?

Consumer health data means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a consumer and that identifies the consumer's past, present, or future physical or mental health status.
